Scholarships
Annually, the Association awards two $1,000 scholarships to eligible applicants. Applications are accepted January through April 1st each year (extended to June 1st, 2026). They are blind-reviewed by a committee, and results are announced by May 1st. (extended June 15th, 2026)

New this year is an application for the Foundation Title School Scholarship. There will be 2 scholarships awarded for both the Basic level and the Intermediate level for members of the NLTA that will cover the registration fees (2027 Year). Application

Title Person of the Year
Title Person of the Year. The Association also selects from amongst its membership ranks an annual Title Person of the Year (TPOY). Nominations may be made by anyone wishing to do so. Each Candidate will be judged solely on his or her qualifications and letters of recommendation which set out the candidates’ involvement in the title industry and which accompany the form. The recipient of the award will be honored with a special presentation during the annual banquet.
