There is a strong feeling among some on the committee that we should strongly oppose this bill.  There are others that feel as long as the real property and district court records are protected, we don't have a dog in the fight as an association.  The bad news is that initial testimony is scheduled for the afternoon of Wednesday, Jan. 20 so we would like your comments as soon as possible!
